Bounding box
Every connected group of this color must occupy a bounding box of exactly the indicated width and height — the smallest rectangle that encloses the group spans exactly that many columns and rows. The group itself does not need to fill the box.
If the group already has cells that force its bounding box to exceed the indicated size, then that arrangement is impossible.
